I have no idea what it is about this week, but both Ann and I are swamped, which has disrupted my normal schedule (also the time decompression time in the evenings has been devoted to watch NBA playoffs). In any case, I’ll try to get a few posts out soon, including part two of Riveria Maya. We’re heading up to Philly this weekend to visit my cousin and see Sam – one among a large list of “things we should have done the past four years while we were here in DC but never did so now we have to cram everything into the last month....

ACC Tournament (Thursday)

Clemson vs. Florida State (12:00pm) Maryland vs. Miami (2:00pm) Duke vs. NC State (7:00pm) Georgia Tech vs. Wake Forest (9:00pm) Despite the ugly ending to the Duke/UNC game on Sunday*, we have entered the greatest two weeks of the year – Conference Tournaments and Round One of the NCAA tournament. This week especially should be declared automatic personal time, or at least legislate every business maintain multiple television screens worth of games during the work day....

And I guess I should say...

Yes, Duke lost to UCONN on Saturday… it was a tough loss, because it is definitely a game we could have (and should have) won. It will take a while to get over. The guts and desire shown by Chris Duhon this season and been nothing short of incredible. I will definitely miss him, and I hope he does well at the next level. Here’s to next season… first official day of practice about 190 days away....
