Lovely side story and fitting capstone to the franchise. The third volume was way too short – is an OVA too much to ask for?

Majo to Yajuu (The Witch and the Beast)
Interesting hint at world building, but I have a feeling this was just a teaser to get people to buy the source manga (which is apparently on hiatus, so make of that what you will). The “overlap” between episodes was too much for what was really a brief narrative.

One of the best anime adaptions I’ve ever seen. Characters, pacing, direction, art, music (OMG the OST is incredible) all represent some of the best work in the industry.

Holy Shit! Don’t sleep on this one! Brilliant first episode and I’m excited to follow another great show from Doga Kobo.
