Finally saw The Death of Robin Hood. Went in expecting something closer to Logan (which I loved) and came away with something much less. The ending in particular felt flat, unearned, and just sad (and not in a good way). I love the principal of stories like this; ones that don’t simply re-tell what we’ve already seen, but go into the “after story” and explore the “what happened next?”
